What if we’ve never heard of SkillBridge before?
Perfect — that’s exactly why Ryan exists. You don’t need to know anything about the program. That’s his job. You just need to tell him what role you’re trying to fill.
How long until we have an intern on site?
From signing to first intern: typically 3–6 months depending on DoW approval timing. October 1 submissions typically produce first placements in November 2026 through January 2027.
Do you only work with companies in Louisiana?
No. While First Sergeant Consulting is based in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, we work with employers nationwide. The DoW SkillBridge application process is the same no matter where your company is located — call or email to discuss your specific location and roles.
